Some force change for their own agenda!  But, successful change must be based on a clear understanding of why to change.  Even disruptive innovation (which can be labeled change for the sake of change) has a reason of why to change.

The entire workshop of all four "DOTS" is an eight hour workshop.  A continuous eight hour period is not recommended.  The best is four two hour segments.  This format provides time between sessions to take the lessons learned back to the business and then return with more understanding of how these concepts fit into your business.  However, we are flexible to your travel and time considerations.
