BACKGROUND The knowledge of success has been learned from management of change. Agile Virtual Visual; Culture Change; was not learned from books! Even Chris Hassold's book "CHANGE WHY???..." is about "70% doing and only 30% viewing". Dozens of books have been read, but what you know is from experiences that relate to the book. Hence the "70% doing and only 30% viewing" concept. There are three constructs to understanding success - teaching, learning, and knowing! You can be a great teacher. Your students can be great learners. But knowledge of success (knowing) is from experiences with success responsibility.
